Great South Bay Music Festival
Throwing it back to a performance at The Great South Bay Music Festival last year. A little love and a whole lotta Led.
Childhood musical comrades Mark Schiavoni and Jasper Conroy started The Montauk Project in 2011. The band has always been about delivering a large and authentic rock experience, sure to get your head moving. Now joined by Josh LeClerc and Leander Drake, the band has hit the studio again. Melding the black-blue-purple styles of Seattle grunge filtered through classic 60s tones, they serve up an ice cold shot of classic hard rock with a twist of Psychedelia. Having shared the stage with artists like The Marshall Tucker Band, Temples, White Denim and The Growlers, the band has made multiple appearances at showcases from SXSW to CMJ, dazzling spectators along the way, most recently sharing the stage as Paul Simon’s backing band.
